Review
Xara3D 6.0 is a program to produce high quality 3D graphics.
Web designers can use Xara3D to make still and animated 3D text and graphics, such as logos, titles, headings and buttons.
When you run the program for the first time, you`re offered to watch a Demo Movie that explains how the program works. You can always watch that movie in http://site.xara.com/products/xara3d/demomovies.asp.
Using the "Aa" button on the left you can change the text in the animation, choosing its font, size and parameters.
With the Color Palette you can choose the colors of the text, borders, lights, etc. With the Extrusion Options you can set the shadow size, with Design Option you can customize your design, or pick a ready-made one There are many more options to change your design, the best way to do this is trying all the possibilities and picking the design that you like best.
Once you´re done with the basic design, you can animate it using pre-defined animations or making your own. You can then export the resulting animation as an animated GIF that can be used in any website. |
